Newport Beach, California, November 3, 2021--(BUSINESS WIRE)--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Graphene & Solar Technologies, Ltd. announced the acquisition of a patented thin film technology development company for new Thin-film solar applications and patented 5G EMF network integrity, as well as the new air-to-water collector developed by GSTX, utilize a unique solid air-to-water extraction device, and GSTX plans to distribute it globally. GSTX purchased 120 internationally registered patented technologies and "thin film" applications from Cima NanoTech in Israel.

After the acquisition for 47 million U.S. dollars, a new US subsidiary was established to hold assets, the "U.S. Film Corporation (USTC)." Thin-film solar applications are the most recent innovation in the solar energy industry, combined with emerging nanotechnology solar applications, significantly improving the solar energy industry technology. Transparent, flexible, seamless, and light-weight solar panels will largely replace the existing bulky metal frame solar installations in buildings around the world.

Water Extraction equipment is designed to provide clean water for outdoor places or the entire family. The device can be installed in a water collector farm with parallel units. GSTX's proprietary Water Harvester technology system will operate efficiently on electric, solar and/or battery-powered systems, using active cooling systems, utilizing modern energy-saving control systems and energy-saving cooling, and the system is designed to effectively maximize energy use. The sales cost of a basic water trap unit is about US$5,000 to US$8,000, and the service life is more than 10 years.

US Film Corporation (USTFC) is an American company, a 100% owned subsidiary of GSTX, and now owns the exclusive intellectual property rights of the advanced patent portfolio of 120 advanced internationally registered engineering patents. These were originally developed in Israel, but are now fully owned by GSTX. These patents cover the production of transparent conductive films (TCF).

GSTX is a leading high-tech developer of renewable alternative energy systems. GSTX is the sole owner of two rare high-purity quartz deposits (15 million tons), which are used as raw materials for the manufacture of photovoltaic solar cells and all electronic and semiconductor production materials.
