Due to the small thermal expansion coefficient of graphite and resistance to rapid cooling and heat changes, graphite crucibles can be used as a casting mold for many things such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, lead, glassware. After using graphite crucible, the ferrous metal can obtain accurate casting size and surface finish rate.

Graphite Crucible can withstand the drastic change of temperature without damage when it is used at normal temperature. When the temperature changes suddenly, graphite crucible does not change much and there will be no cracks.
HengTai Graphite Crucible has good chemical stability at normal temperature, and is resistant to acid, alkali and organic solvents. So it does not participate in any chemical reaction during the smelting process.
Because of proper porosity, special additives, HengTai Graphite Crucible can resist the corrosion of slag and other melts effectively. So HengTai Graphite Crucibles have a long life. HengTai Crucible's life can be 5-6times longer than normal graphite crucibles.
